An awesome well-balanced gym to suit many of your fitness needs.  Includes elliptical machines, treadmills, spin bikes, free weights, an assortment of bands and strengthening machines.

One-on-one personal training

A highly focused attentive process where your trainer customizes your workouts to fit your exact individual needs and gives 100% of his attention to your every move as you exercise, allowing you to reach your ultimate fitness levels and avoid injury at the same time. Your trainer adjusts posture, positioning, weights, exercises, and repetitions to fit your ever-changing state.

Small group classes

a fun, socially interactive option involving 3-5 clients in a circuit-training workout.  The positive, competitive and yet encouraging environment allows clients to flourish as they rebuild their bodies and revolutionize their lives.

An advanced field of training that uses heavy battle ropes, sand bags, kettle bells, isometrics, bands, and an assortment of fun exercises involving cones, agility ladders, and other props in an invigorating PE-like atmosphere that evokes the exhilaration of childhood.

Mobile on-site training

We come to individuals or small groups with our own equipment at the location of your choice (house, park, rec room, beach…) This is a great option for clients who have difficulty leaving their home or want to create a convenient, fun workout with a group of friends.

Recovery and corrective training for illness and injury

A process of identifying and addressing specific limitations of clients.  Our first priority is to understand our clients’ state of mind and physical needs at the beginning of every workout. We believe a happy, positive environment where the trainer uses an empathetic, caring approach is invaluable to any recovery. We use a full compliment of strategies such as stretching, lengthening muscles, increasing mobility and balance, myofascial release, building energy, and developing confidence to revitalize our clients who have struggled with limitations.

Nutrition counseling

Nutrition is a huge component for losing weight and not only achieving the desired look, but also embracing a truly healthy lifestyle.  Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. We give supportive, healthy advice and recommendations for your needs. At Flex Revolution, we believe in moderation, but not totally eliminating the things you love to eat and drink. Nonetheless, depending on your medical history, weight, and physical abilities, stopping a bad habit for 30-60 days could change your life forever.

Quarterly assessments

Every 3 months, we evaluate your satisfaction with your progress and reset our goals and strategies.  We measure changes in body fat, weight, strength, flexibility, and emotional states. Then we discuss the best ways to address your changing needs. Our clients love seeing all the progress they make!
