The Flex Revolution Bootcamps are fun, affordable, and challenging.  And the music and camaraderie make them an effective and varied part of your fitness routine.


Our bootcamps are 1-hour and include:

Stretching, Cardio, Bands, Weights, Ropes, Isometric and Agility Exercises.
